Flight ADR (powered by AeroResolution Partners) provides impartial, free-of-charge mediation between passengers and airlines. Fully approved by the Civil Aviation Authority.
If you’ve already tried to resolve an issue with your airline and need an independent decision, Flight ADR offers a clear, binding pathway. No legal fees, no stress.
File a complaintFlight ADR is one of the UK’s leading dispute resolution schemes specially designed for aviation. We are entirely independent, and our service is free to passengers. Before contacting us, you must have given the airline a chance to resolve your complaint (up to 8 weeks). We then step in as neutral arbiters.
Once you submit your case via our secure portal, we gather evidence from both sides. Our adjudicators (all with legal or aviation backgrounds) review the facts and decide based on UK and EU law, CAA policies, and precedent. Most complaints are resolved within 40 days.
If we find in your favour, the airline is required to comply — whether that means compensation, rebooking, or refund. You are never bound to accept an unfavourable decision; you can still take the airline to court. Our goal is to make the system work for everyone.
Flight ADR is led by Sarah Kellerman (Director) and approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. We are committed to transparency and publish quarterly performance data.
Flight ADR is a trading name of AeroResolution Partners Ltd, an independent alternative dispute resolution provider authorised by the CAA (authorisation No. UKADR1124).
